The city of Rockland has a local, county owned landfill substation at
4279 West Bench Road
Open hours:
Tuesday 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM
Thursday 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Saturday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Use of the landfill for general household garbage is covered by your city taxes.
Rockland City does not offer door -to-door pickups, but you can contract on an individual basis with PSI Environmental at (208-529-8084)
